Something interesting is how universal the impact of storytelling is, how ambitious so many women and people of colour are and I'm really inspired by how widespread the relience of women in Engineering are for external validation.
Engineering chose me. It was more diverse, and I saw a lot of people who had more exposure to international clients.
My job entails helping professionals in Engineering and Energy stay in their careers and find peace and confidence at work even if their employers won’t change.
I am most proud of Launching the ARISE FIREBIRD IMPACTIVE and now being able to help thousands of Engineering, Energy and STEM professionals around the world feel better about their work and hopefully stay in their career.
